new member here and first post......i have the hyperion duo charger and it isnt bringing my 3 cells up to 12.6....im not sure why this is happening to me i think that it has to do with the TCS feature on the charger but as far as i can tell it is at 100%.....is there something else i should be looking at?
if anyone can tell me what i am doing wrong you would save me from selling this thing

Is this a new charger? If so, RTFM first. That is, read the friendly manual. If that does not help, call or e-mail customer support.
