New-b Need help

Hi I am a new member and need some help...
I have alredy bought two firebird outlaws... both of which have wrecked beond repair on the first day. The darn cross bar that holds the engine pylons broke in both planes. I have a limited amount of money being a kid. Especialy because I have alredy blown $100.00+ on crapy firebird outlaws [:@]:([&o]. First of all I would like to now if there are any good electric planes out there for beginers at a fairly good price. Secondly I would like to know if anyone could give me a plan or link to a site that could give me some ideas on what I can do with my firebird outlaw engines. I have the chip that was in the plane too. the motors are still attatched to the chip.

Thanks Matt

There was a thread on how to fix those motor booms a while back on www.ezonemag.com but I fixed my sons outlaw and it was too heavy to be fun anymore. Usually Id say to try a gws slowstick $250 for plane, electronics, radio, etc but since you say you're limited on funds mayby you should try a firebird, its better than the outlaw

You could try the deal, comes with everything at www.horizon.com . Search for GWS02, it's not a bad deal because you get a good radio and stuff. Check it out.

that happened top my freind, heaps of epoxy inside on the join helpedif you want one with no control surfaces just the motors, there are ones with them mounted in the wing, so they should be safer.

I think that I am stuck on the slow stik after seeing the combat vids. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...26#post1817826 . If you could please give me some info on how beginners have handled the slow stick it would be much aprecated.

Thanks,
Matt
