radio going crazy

bought a parkflyer radio and matching reciver.have a 380 motor with a 7cell speed control. battery pack 7.2v 2200mah- nmh.when i connect everything together my survos will control from any control on radio, and sometimes without touchini controls and any control will operate all at same time.can anyone help with this.

Do you have the correct crystal in your receiver -- on the same channel as your transmitter?

yes , matched set from park flyers. have tried to contact park flyers , they will not answer email request. i dont think i will purchase anything else from these people.
