LiPo Charging ??

I bought a used helicopter and the battteries that came with the heli when pluged into the balancing charger show that there is one bad cell on each of them . One shows a charge of o.oo volts on one cell and the other two cells are fine.... and the second battery has one cell at 1.3 volts and the other two cells are fine. By the way the batteries are E-flight factory 3S 11.1 V 1800 Mah . Is there any way of saving these Lipo batteries or are they junk ?

Thanks in advance for any help !!
