Pilot need for an RC jet aircraft graduate project
I am currently the project manager for a graduate project in the aerospace engineering department at the University of Colorado called GoJett. The eventual goal of GoJett is to design, build, and fly a supersonic RC jet with a total mass under 50 kg for research customers. We are currently in the integration stage for our subsonic engineering test aircraft.
This is a call to see if we can find a pilot interested in manually flying the aircraft during our subsonic tests. Currently we are aiming for flight during the second week of May at the New Mexico State University UAS Flight Test Center. We are hoping to find a pilot in the New Mexico area, due to the possibility that our test dates might slip due to unforeseen integration issues.
Message me or post here if you are interested or would like any more information!
