Default Sachs displacement

Does anyone know how to interpret the cast part numbers on the outside of a Sachs cylinder?
I'm trying to find out if the markings designate the displacement. In particulare I need to know which markings identify the 3.2 cu in and the 5.8 cu in engines.

Thanks

Default RE: Sachs displacement

foamcut,
On my Mahle Sachs cylinders, the first digits indicate the bore in millimeters. 44=3.2,55=5.8,48=4.2,49=4.1,45=3.1. I hope this helps.
