It looks like you need to adjust your 4-1. One pot is Gain, and the other Proportional. Turn the Proportional pot in the positive direction (clockwise) about 10 degrees or so. Unplug the battery. Plug it back in and let it sit still until the gyro initializes. Then try it again. You will want to learn to slowly spool up, keeping the tailaimed toward you until it takes off. Keep doing this, making adjustmentsuntil it stays fairly stable. This type of heli will never stay put because of the nature of how the gyro works. You can get it pretty close, but you will always have to make corrections to the tail while it's in flight.
Good luck,
Joaquin

Is you rudder trim centered or set all the way to one side? To adjust, move the trim lever in the opposite direction of the spin.
The rudder is the left right on the throttle stick.
You should be able to keep the tail straight with manuel input by holding the stick in the opposite direction.
As Tinkman said you will never get the tail to hold like a HHGyro, you will always have to use some input to the rudder to hold the tail straight.

In looking at the video, the tail rotor stops fairly quickly. It may be rubbing on something. Any friction at all on that motor will cause it to run slow, making the heli spin to the left.

Nothing wrong with buying a used heli, but that puts a different light on the debugging
Have you replaced the tail motor?
The advice we have been giving is based on a new heli.
If you have not replaced the tail motor that is very likely your problem.
Here is are links to two different ways to go.
A replacement motor : http://www.helidirect.com/esky-tail-...lade-p-686.hdx
A direct Drive Tail Motor Kit.: http://www.helidirect.com/xtreme-dir...ee-p-13505.hdx
Either way you will have to do some soldering to replace the motor.
There are differences of opinion on the tail motors, personally I like the Direct Drive Kit.
It is a matter of preference.

i brought it to the hobby shop and the guy did some adjustments and was hovering it, but he did it very gradual, it seems like it works that way, if you try to go up quick it spins crazily.

After that I put it in its box and only had it sitting there in my apartment, which is why I offered it to him when he posted here that he wanted one and all the vendors were out of stock. I did however make one mistake (which Iwill not make again in my life): Idid not try to fly it again before I sent it out.
If he wants a spare tail motor he just needs to let me know. Unfortunately he did however not get back to me after I emailed him to check everything with the tailmotor, what the results about it were.
Anyway, as it makes it look like this, Ijust want to make clear Idid not try to unload a dud on an unsuspecting newbie, I wanted to offer my help. He could also just have written me that he wants to give it back ... would not have been a problem - but he didn't.
This heli was supposed to be for cases when my other honeybee is down - either as parts donator or as flying replacement. It simply turned out I did/do not even fly the first HB, so I offered the second one to someone where I thought it might be of better use. Looks like I was really wrong ...
EDIT:
I actually made a second mistake (one that I may easily make again should I intend to sell another of my "not-so-absolute-beginner" helis) - I never asked (to all I remember) specifically if he has any prior experience in flying helis (which I should most certainly have done!)
As we all know (and I specifically know this from the first few days with my HBFPV1) the Bee is not necessarily the most suitable of helis if you never flew any other heli (coax or 45degree single rotor) before.
I am not saying that hockeyman has no prior experience, I am saying I dont know IFhe has. And in addition to anything that may be technically wrong with the bird (and what I am sorry for) prior experience (if missing) may also be a factor in the equation.

I do not see that you have done anything wrong.
It was all just part of the learning curve.
Seems to me you are a " Stand Up Guy" and are not out ot do anyone wrong.
