Honey Bee King 2 head problems put a new parts for head on and one side of the ring push rod lines with the bell control arm aok the other side the bell control arm is to short and will not line up with the rind push rod ,I do not know how to attach pic are if would sent you a shot

tail bob is caused by binding of the feathering shaft. Loosen the grip nuts and/or dremmel out the O-rings so they fit the feathering shaft easily.

Hi guys! I’ve been reading here for a while but this is my first post. This is my first heli (wanted to fly one since 1983, I guess I waited long enough…) I’ve been flying for a few months and have all hovering orientations down pretty good except nose-in, and I’m doing some long but not very smooth figure eights. I’m flying the carbon edition HBK2 (EK1H-E018), E-Sky 25A ESC, HH 0704A gyro, cyclic servos, 3900 motor, w/43T tail belt drive upgrade, a TP sg90 tail servo, and a 2200mAh 20C Raiden Li-po. I’m wondering if I’m reaching the limit of what I can do using the stock E-Sky 0406A Tx. It seems I have to clean the Tx pots every few flights because of the servo glitching in both tail and cyclic servos. Though I haven’t crashed yet I’m sure it’s an eventuality. I will likely replace the cyclic servos with three TPsg90’s that I already have and I’m considering a DX6i w/6200 or a DX7 w/6100,6100e, or 6110. Does anyone still fly the stock Tx/Rx? If so, am I looking for trouble to try to progress much further with it?

I fly the DX6i and it was the best choice I made in modding the heli.
However it is a bit of a bear to set up if you have never done a computer TX/RX before.
I did a PDF on how to install and set up the DX6i on a Belt CPv1/2 or theHBK 2/3

I also fly the TPservos like them a lot.
Sounds like you have a nice setup. just need that better radio to make it perfect.

A better radio will make a good bit of difference in what you can do with the heli and how well you understand it. It sounds like you're doing ok with the heli, so it could be a good step up for you. I think I'd change transmitters if I were having to fix the TX so often- if you have an issue with it in flight, then you don't stand much chance of working it out without buying parts.

I fly a Telebee V2 on my helis, like it a lot. have no info the the gyro you are asking about.

Being that the Gyro is a Futaba clone it should be in the same class as far as operation goes.
Most gyro selection is a matter of preferance.
I like the Telebee, very good value.
I have flown other gyros and keep comming back to the Telebee.

Thanks for the input on the stock Tx. I'll be up-grading to DX6i or DX7 this winter. That should give me time to install the TPsg90 servos on the cyclic and get the Tx dialed in.

What I have is a Telebee but its not a V2.
Haven't heard of those.
Do you think it can hold a 450 EXI. (it's in the mail)
I know the best way to find out is to try it,

Yeah I know.
The differance in teh v1 and v2 is that the v2 will support both analog and digital servos, the v1 will only support digital servos.

Joizeex, haven't heard from ya in a while. I need help lining the belt with the bearing guides on hbk II using 43 tooth pulley.

hey, today is actually the first time i'm checking any of my subscribed threads in MONTHS hahaha. The reason being, i charged up some batts last night in hopes of making my first flight since november! Unfortunately it's less than 50F here, and i don't feel like having numb thumbs because i don't like wearing gloves while flying. I guess i'll have to wait till it gets up to 60 degrees again.

are you still having problems with belt alignment? take a pic, so we can see where the problem is.

Joizeex, good to hear from you. I've got the heli out and dismantled it and trying to figure out which washer goes with the pulley up grade.

is the new belt wider than stock? it looks like the 43T pulley is definitely wider, so i would use the wider guides then. is the new belt rubbing up on the guides?
