LED Lights for HBK2
Hello All, waiting for my HBK2 to come back from Jaghobbies from a tuneup & a few upgrades. I remember somewhere on a post about LED lighting, that it could plug into the open spot on the receiver and it works well, who makes the LED lights and where can I buy them
Thanks
Thanks

Hi. I notice you said that you had sent your heli to jaghobbies for tuneup and stuff. How much is it costing you for the tune up. Are you close to jaghobbies? Was it expensive shipping the heli up to jabhobbies? I am contemplating doing that but the shipping is what makes me think twice.

Thanks
KWMIR Jim at Jaghobbies is very reasonable, I had him install some upgrades, 43t pulley for tail and some metal head Pisces, shipping from Las Vegas NV to Ohio was $15 dollars and parts and labor with shipping back to me a very reasonable $107, I get it on Friday.

hey slot...since you're probably not using channel 5, that might be a good place to plug the harness into...the led specs are:
Voltage: 3.7-7.4V
Current: 20mA/LED
just to give you an idea of current draw, a hitec hs-55 micro servo draws about 150mA operating smoothly without a load...and the bec in the speed controller is providing about 3A @ 5.5V to the receiver...ken

I was waiting to recommend www.rclighting.net until I got mine delivered and tested. It is very good, works well and put together properly. You can order customised stuff too.
