Default Burned my 4 in 1, What now?

I crashed my HBPv1 and burned the “4in1 mixer” EK2-0702, want to buy a new “4in1 mixer” without ordering both the “Transmitter EK2-0404D” and the “EK2-0702”.
Has anyone done that before and from what shop.
Thanks

You don`t have to buy both the 4in1 and the Transmitter.
You need only to replace what has been burnt, the 4in1.
There is a 35, 40 and 72Mhz version. Buy the one that uses your helicopter and then change the crystal, so to bind with the Transmitter.
You can see here and you can search also in ebay.

Thanks for the reply,

Do you think these 2 items EK2-0426 - 2.4Ghz, 6ch Receiver and EK2-0406J-2 6ch 2.4ghz Transmitter would work with the HBFP v1

Depending on what burned up, you may just have to remove and resolder in MOSFETs that control the motors.

You`re welcome.

What would work is the EK2-0706 + EK2-0404H.
But if you add the cost of those two then it`s better to get another Honey Bee V2 and keep this as spare parts (those that are compatible).
It will be cheaper and better, as you`ll have a new heli, battery, charger, etc.

Now the EK2-0426 you mentioned is a receiver, only. It has no speed controler, gyro or mixer. It would need a proper 3in1 to work, so another added cost, and you`ll never know how good it will work.
A possible match would be a ESKY-002496 3in1 controller. But it would need modification to the cables, and you never know if it will work right.
In this case the cost is even more than buying a new HBFPV2

So better find just a Mhz version 4in1 for your Mhz transmitter, or buy a new HBFP V2 2.4Ghz.

You seem to be very knowledgeable and analytical person, your input is well appreciated.
If the price and effort would be the same as buying a new V2, then you are right.
Thanks again.
