Ok, I have seen some of the OLD post on parts to upgrade the Lama. My question is as follows:

What is the flybar used in the turboshaft video where it shows the heli flying outside or what is a good flybar to buy and where at?

what is the part number for the longer servo horns?

my cocomanche has almost zero forward flight. It's a neet heli but def needs some mods.

Ok, with my Lama, It was flying great, no crashes and completly out of now where. IT NOW WILL NOT FLY!!! AT All!! New Motors, new batteries, new charger and still no flight... It will fly with no body on it but will only pick up a few inches with the OEM body on it. Anyone else had this? could it be my 4 in 1? This didn't start after a crash or anything. Flew fine and then all the sudden this started... With any body on it and yes I've tried multiple batteries and tried using different chargers, it will only pick up a few inches and then after 5-10 sec sits back down on the ground. It has 0 lift...... Any suggestions?
