Several of our members were out at the field today getting it ready for the Gilman Springs Dawn Patrol, set for next weekend. Our field is easy to find, just take the 60 freeway east out of Moreno Valley, Ca., to the Gilman Springs off ramp. Here's a copy of the map. There will be lots of beautiful scale WW1 models, great food done up by Bob Jones & crew, and one of the most picturesque venues anywhere! Looking out across the ajoining wildlife area, reminds one of the fields of Flanders! So dust off your WW1 model and join us. To view large size map, just click on "attachment pdf"

I opened up a new thread under RC Warbirds and Warplanes for coverage of this event. It will have lots of pictures and videos. I thought it would get more exposure there to people that are interested in warbirds.
