Newton County RC fliers Barbeque, Fun Fly and Swap Meet At Varner Field in Covington Georgia. May 12th, 2012. Ga Hwy 36 and Lackey Road. For Directions to field and more information visit WWW.NCRCF.ORG Vendors 8AM Fee ten dollars incl lunch. Flying demos for public. Must have AMA to fly. Contests with prizes will be announced. Lunch for public five dollars incl drink (Barbeque, slaw, beans). Raffles for prizes.

We are really excited about hosting this event! 
we will have buddy boxes for young people and first time flyers and a couple of flight demnonstrations, both Fixed wing and heli.
We'd like to gauge the RC community's response, so please leva a comment or question:

We are approaching the Big day in a couple of weeks. Response has been encouraging. We are looking for a big crowd and lot's of FUN!
Fly What you bring. Vendors pull battery or xtal out of transmitters for sale.
We will have a giant raffle with multiple prizes.
