Hello,
Please see the attached notice for the Whitman Flyers Electric Fly-In. This has quickly become known as one of the best electric fly-in in the northeast. All electric aircraft are welcome (No FPV or Autonomous Flight). No pressure, just a nice relaxing fly-in at one of the best flying sites in the northeast. Lats year we had over 80 pilots and 230 aircraft of ALL TYPES!!! Please pass it along to your club and anyone else you can think of.

Hi Guys,
Will be back for my 4th year, this is my must do every year. i never fly as much as I fly here. Last year I got in 14 flight and was worn out by the time we left. Drop the wife at her parents house and I get a free day
Going to bring down some planes to sell and look for some new ones at the same time. See you in August

The weather is supposed to be 83 degrees , partly sunny, wind 5-8 mph , and the field is in great shape, with nice short cut grass. Charge up those batteries, grab a chair, and bring an appitite. See you Saturday!!

Well it is 6:30 AM, the sun is out 72 degrees and calm. The electron gods have smiled on us again. See you at the field!!!!

Hi Guys,
Well put this one in the books. To all of those who came, thank you, we had a great day. 80 pilots, 318 airplanes, 3 helicopters. We had people go from as far away as NH , PA, and even one couple that stopped in for a few flights from SC on their way up to Maine. Everything from micro's to giant scale. The weather was perfect all day, we had a great time. I will post some pictures in a few days.
See you next year, same time , same place.
BTW for those in the Long Island area, the LIARS hold a great electric event in two weeks in Bellport. Go to www.liarsrc.com for more information. Their site does have paved runways.
