This will be our 5th Annual “3D” Event and it just keeps getting Bigger and Better!

Ø Landing Fee: $20 – includes Lunch on Saturday

Ø Concessions:
Drinks, Chips, Crackers, & Candy Bars are available every day –
Hamburgers and Hot Dogs will also be available on Saturday.

Ø Facilities:
If you haven’t been to our field within the last 5 years – You're in for a treat!
This is one of the NICEST flying sites in the nation…especially in the Southeast!
We have a HUGE flyover area that is flat (hay field) with NO obstructions!
Our Runway and Pit area is a Bermuda Hybrid Blend or “Golf Course”grass,
“so to speak.”

Our Clubhouse is a concrete building with Power, A/C, Fridge, Microwave, Water Cooler, and it also has Air Conditioned Men’s and Women’s Restrooms.
We have nice Pilot Sheds on concrete slabs with Huge Tables (40%’s fit on top of them) and Power Outlets in the Sheds.
There is also plenty of room for EZ Up’s as well.

RV’s and Campers are Welcome, although we currently do not have hookups for you, we do have water spigots available to refill fresh water tanks, etc. and power outlets in the sheds to use - just bring your own extension cords.

The field will be locked late at night and secure - If you plan on arriving at the field late at night, staying or camping at the field, or if you will be arriving on Thursday or an earlier day, please contact me for further info.
Feel free to leave your trailers on site, even if you aren’t camping at the field.

I have a block of rooms set up at the Hampton Inn just like last year (same location).
There are currently 4 King and 4 Double rooms still available. I can add more rooms to this block if necessary.
If you want to stay there, the rate is secured at $100 and they're reserved under Bama Air.
Tell them which type of room you would like and book it through "Bama Air" to be sure to get that rate.
Of course, if you have a card with points on it, you can use that as well.
Call the number listed here...the one that comes up on the gps maps, etc. is a general reservation number. This is direct to the hotel.
