February 21-23, 2014
www.wram.org
One of the country's largest hobby trade shows is almost here! The annual R/C show held by the Westchester Radio Aero Modelers features exhibitors and modelers from all over the country, and showcases the latest in kits, engines, motors, radio systems, plans, accessories, and other hardware.
The Huge Swap Shop, Boat Pond, R/C Car Track, Flight Simulators, Children’s build/fly Delta Dart, and Indoor Flight Demonstrations offer plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
In addition to exhibits by some 150 or more manufacturers and organizations, modelers compete for $10,000 in prizes in a static competition that is staggering for its size and the beauty of models on display.
The Show is open Friday through Sunday, and opens daily at 10 am. Daily rates are $12.00 per adult, and $3 for children. Children under age 6 are admitted free, and on Sunday 12 and under are admitted free.

For the past few years (previous to this year), it was not very good and I thought about not returning - I was worried it would not survive. This year, it was very good and reminded me of years past. I am glad to see it growing again and hope that contuinues. I will most definately go again next year.

Hello,
I wish I could agree, I have been going since the 1970's and this show is a mere shadow of what it once was. It used to take you 5-6 hours to try to get through the show to see all of the latest and great, now just over an hour. Each year they loose more major vendors. Brought my grandson along, he wanted to see the boat pond, and it wasn't even there. To top it all off, you want to buy food and drinks? Cash only, what kind of crap is that!!!!
If you want a real show go to Toledo, well worth the trip. I know most guys I saw this year year said they will not be back.
