This years host is none other than Mr. Scale himself, Dave Platt.
So check your calendar and be sure to attend the Spacecoast "Big Bird 2010" Indian River Kontrol Society's 11th Annual Fly-In, January 23&24th, 2010. . IMAA Size Guidelines – ¼ Scale or Minimum Wing Span of 80†Mono or 60†Biplane. 700x100' Bermuda grass runway, great food and drink available all weekend. Current AMA Membership Required -“Landing Fee†ONLY $10.00 a day or $15.00 for the Entire Weekend. Vendor's welcome. RV's welcome but no hookups or overnight. Flying begins at 9 AM each day.
Take I-95 to Exit 202 (SR-524), West 1.2 miles to Adamson Rd. turn right, 2.2 miles
to Central Disposal Facility entrance on left. Sign-in at gate for entry with this Flyer and your AMA card. For More Information contact:

Nice photos. Winds must have been a bear today! I spoke to Fahim and he said he wasn't going out because he has only a few hours on the Bomber and didn't want to chance it. Looks like it was a good time, too bad I was stuck at work.......
