Don't know were you got the 0.16cc displacement for the "Eclair", it was 1.25cc a popular size back then in France:

The "Eclair"(Lightning flash) is clearly visible in the front picture.
I once had a Stab 1.25cc which was very similar in look and performances!

"The French took the early lead with the neat little Allouchery Éclair 0.16 cc sideport diesel of 1946, although this was produced in extremely small numbers and was likely more of a "manufacturer's statement" than anything else. But perhaps the ultimate early post-war expression of the potential lower limit of model diesel displacement came from a talented 36 year old Swedish home constructor by the name of Harry Fjellström. His beautifully-made sub-miniature version of the Swiss Dyno appeared as the cover feature in the December 1946 issue of the Swedish technical magazine "Popular Teknik". It was claimed at the time (probably quite justifiably) as the smallest operating diesel engine in the world."

from an article on this site.

By Adrian Duncan it got me wondering and i just wanted to know if anyone here had anymore info than what is there as i have done some seaches but it only turned up the larger version.

I wouldn't doubt Adrian Duncan's finding about that 0.16cc Allouchery, it might have been build as an experiment but not a production model. The "Eclair" was 1.25cc so that 0.16cc seems to be a "scale model engine". When Allouchery was active after WWII there was a big demand for model engines and few manufacturers. Micron was just starting and there was just a handfull of others.

I am sure that picture is of Harry Fjellstroms Replica dyno that is 0.042cc or 0.088cc.
I originally thought that was an eclair but am not sure what it is.
I f you read the article about Harry Fjellstrom those dynos are pictured.
