HI CORIOLAN
mine looks most like the one in the bottom last picture-only i do not have the fuel tank on mine ( brass tank )-looks like my tank would be independent of the engine
do you have any idea which prop size it would swingmine is the diesel typenot a spark plug

this would be the first diesel engine i would be attemping to run in the future running glo stuff for 26 years

The ELIA TITANO is 4cc(.25)and long stroke like most side port of that period (1946) so it will swing a large prop with more pitch than a glow equivalent at a much lower rpm. Ma first diesel engine(a long time ago)was a French Stab 1.25cc and it was swinging a 10"X6" without problem on equal parts of ether/Kerosene and castor oil!

Do not forget to look at the "Ambrosi e Gattafoni" website.

These two Italian gentlemen produce the most spectacular reproductions one one-off miniature engineering projects that you are ever likely to see. The focus is on internal combustion with many diesel variants represented.

From memory, there are a couple of ELIA engines there too!
