As a Fox expert Ineed your advise please: Is this engine a Large Case Fox 45?

Yes I looked at it, you have pics of a big case Fox engine. The easiest way to tell is the carb bolts onto a flat flange on the big case engines.
The small case engines have the carb plug into a hole or socket in the crankcase.
