RE: TT GP 10 engine
Dan I lucked out, had he had 2 would have gotten both only one in stock, price very fair about 43UKPounds but you knock off 20% for the VAT tax over there, we do not pay it, do the math on the exchange rate and approx56 to 58 USD maybe 10 or 12$ shipping around $70 to the door, An OS10LA from Tower is $63 martin
I see your TT has a straight needle the one coming has that nice 45 degree offset to the rear

RE: TT GP 10 engine
Hi Martin,
Yep, mine is a very early one so I would imagine an offset needle valve would be an upgrade to eliminate finger nipping.
If I remember correctly the guy who designed the Thunder Tiger 10 was an ex-OS engineer.
The Davis OS head is supposed to fit the TT and Magnum .10's.

RE: TT GP 10 engine
Found the lost one on the shelf complete with the Davis head ( the one from the UK not here yet) appears this one for a virgin engine has the best compression yet of any of my TT10s
put a few drops down the carb compression 1 1/2 turns out on the thumb screw about 10 or 12 quick flips and off it roared. I was about to start turning the compression screw in. no need and no kick back just went off martin
