Angry D-C Sabre, 1.5 cc diesel

I have an old D-C Sabre diesel I am trying to resurrect. Worst problem I have is the seized prop spinner nut. The engine comes with a red metal spinner which is the prop nut. It has a hole drilled through it so you can tighten and loosen it with a small metal rod. I used to use a small screwdriver with the head cut off. The darn thing seems welded to the crankshaft and when I turn it using a screwdriver it just turns the engine over. That sucker is tight! Can anyone give me some help on undoing this thing? Have tried a heat gun, Marvel Oil, 3-in-1, 10% nitro fuel, acetone and WD-40. All to no avail. Help!!

A zip tie through the exhaust, then heat up the spinner with a small torch and see if it comes loose...?
