My 1cc R/C Schlosser will be in the mail tomorrow, with any luck I'll have it in time to put under my tree ) , and with current exchange rates it was $8 cheaper woohoo.

Stewart,
Merry Happy Winter Solstice Holidays. I can almost see you at 3am rushing downstairs- shreading the wrapping paper and the rest of the clan awakening to the smell of a fine 50-50 olive/caster aroma. - bet I'm close

I really need to get my 1cc in a plane.
I'm feeling guilty about putting my .5rc in a Lil Rascal arf and think all schlossers demand a more noble chariot.

A .25 "thought to be new" sold/auction recently for like $368. This may offset my 401K retirement dump

fiery, David says Benno is no longer supplying the 1cc exhaust collector, so not expecting one on mine, I beleive the collector is now only on the .5cc version.

Rob,
Just looking back through this thread and read this in post9 " understand the 1cc does quite well in freeflight competitions."
Whilst brouseing today I found this pic of Benno's 1cc F1J engine, its a rear exhaust glow with nelson plug, hence his appreciation to you for the nelson plugs.

Schlosser 0.5 cc TBR R/C W/M

This is one of the nicest small diesels I have ever used. Mine shown below (dwarfed by the test stand) starts incredibly easily hot or cold on standard sport fuel.

Impeccable german design and craftsmanship.
