To Yadac123,It's the Ex-ceed Version with 10 DIP switches, I set the TX up and put the "train gear" on and had the heli off the ground at hover about three feet for I'd say
four min,I did'nt have to worry about the batteries discharging and setting it on the ground,Because "Giant thumbs" hit the norm switch to throttle 1 and "ENDO".
Yey bent main shaft slightly,I"m ready for cnc main upgrades now!!!!!!!!!Thanks for the reply...

After the upgrades,I'm going to put cyn.glue on the switch, Even after mastering normal flight with this Heli,
I don't think this Bird is going 3D, I'll spend some change and get a Heli that's more 3D friendly!

Just use rubber bands. Use two if you are afraid one will break or rot.

Has anybody ever flew the g2 inverted and succeeded? and if so, was there alot of sim time invested?
and were all the upgrades in place before attempting? ie=carbon fiber blades, brushless motor,Lipo Battery,etc....

flying inverted and fly 3d has different requirements. Yes raptor g2 can fly inverted but 3d stunts like trex 450 that kind of response would require upgrade.

You need digital servos, head lock (futaba), brushless motor, lipo

Thanks

did you trigger the safety button? it's red on the speed controller. Press and hold for 2 seconds. transmitter ON, heli ON wait 5 second. Press red button. Trottle slowly and you main blade should spin.

No safety button on the Eagle 50... I think you are having other problems.
as you are a newbie... and trust me there is nothing wrong with that..
You will have to do some reading and diagnosis...

I am an extreme newbie too... and I understand your frustration.

Rob.

interchange the motor. Main motor to tail motor. If tail motor spins that means the ESC is still good.

do not mount the main motor on to the heli. test it out to the main motors i sent. Those are 2 new ones and they should be good.

The motor that you sent me are great. i hook them up like you said to main motor to tail motor and the main motor started spining, work fine. So what is the problem with the main motor?

still want work. What is going on. I'm think that there may be something wrong with the wire that the main motor plugs into. Do you think that it had something to do when it burned out?

Could it have been since the motor burn out that had something to do with the reciever going out?
