Default hitec optic6 tx with walkera tx?

I have a hitec optic6 TX. It has a built in spectra rf module. It runs on 72mhz like my exceed eagle 50. The hitec is switchable between positive and negative shift so it can be used with futaba, airtronics and other RX.

I'm gonna try to see if the reciever will pick up a signal in either mode tonight and try to make a profile for that model. Anyone else try using a better tx with walkera rx? does it work in any case?

Sorry I don't think they are compatible. What happened to the RX that came with you hitech TX?

the hitec tx has profiles for up to 8 models. the rf module in it can be changed to the frequency my Exceed eagle 50 and walkera 64-c have. I'd like to see if the walkera rx's pick up the signal. I read somewhere that walkera tx have positive shift, and I can change the tx to and from positive and negative shifts. I think the only reason it wouldnt work is if the walkera rx's only recieve signals specifically from walkera tx.

I have yet to conclude this experiment.
