help with rear rotor

hello changed out rear tail rotor have stupid question should the rear tail rotor turn clockwise with the main rotor could i have the belt twisted also changed bent boom cant rember on my eskey hb king two it turns oppisit

the belt should be flat and turn 90 degree clockwise at the other end of the tail rotor.
