My Eagle 50 spins like a top

I just change the main shaft on my Eagle 50, but when I start up the helicopter the whole machine started to spin. Did anyone had that problem, and what was the fix . Would appreciate any help.. Thanks in advance

is your tail motor working? Your main rotor spin clockwise and did you install your blade backward? Please make sure your tail motor is meshing the gear that's attached to the tail rotor.
