Hello Andy,
I bought an Exceed 1/10 Nitro Extreme Forza buggy and i love it. No problems with shipping when I ordered from Nitrorcx.com. Only problem was I didn't get an antenna tube when I got my car (a bendy straw worked). Other than that i love it.
Thanks,
Don

Hello Andy,
I bought an Exceed 1/10 Nitro buggy (and an electric track). I ordered it from Nitrorcx.com. I have a problem with nearly since i bought it is that i can get the engine to run good. the carburettor will not get tuned whatever you do.
to get the car to perform little bit you have to unwind the needle valve all the way out.and still the car will not perform in a normal way. i have removed the carburettor clean it put it back nothing..new glow plug...still nothing. the car hesitates at high and low rmp. i know how to tune the engines...i have helicopters ..planes....other nitro cars but is the only one giving me such carburettors problems.
any suggestion.?

Thanks,
JASON

so you engine starts but it quickley dies? Make sure your idle scew leaves a 2mm gap at idle. Full idle show not open all the way and 3 quarter is be ok.

The engine runs on idle with no problem. the problem is once you want the car to accelerate. I have other engines one other cars plane helis and i can tune them with no problem. this engine does not want to be tuned what ever you do to it. i have done all settings all test...the pinch test for the low screw...i have done the test if its leaking air...etc...everything but with no change. also i have noticed that when the engine gets to running temp and when using it for some time.....the high needle adjustment screw it becomes loose and rotates on its own. HELP...its getting really annoying. It run perfectly only for a couple of days since i got it... after that.....

In that case you can send the engine back and I'll replace you with another one.

Let me know

Thank you Andy.

But it want be easier just to sent the carburettor? Because i Live in Cyprus (small European island in the Mediterranean Sea) and will take some time for the engine to be sent back to the USA and then the new engine to be sent Back to Cyprus.

Please let me know what to do.

hey Andy

Thx for that. I have read other posts that more people are having problems with adjusting the carburetor.. and with the needle screw coming loose. i hope that the new one that you will sent does not have the same problem. cross our finger.
Another thing is the back left wheel bearing has come apart and i was wondering if you could sent a set of those bearings together with the carburetor and i will pay for those bearings. also i have seen that the have a steel exhaust for that engine but nitrorcx says that the item its out of stock..will it be possible to find one of those somewhere? if you can please let me know so i can get them sent all together
My order Number is: 244320

thank you for all the help

To whom it may concern:

I guess I am a new customer to this company and I am already a bit peeved with you.. I do know that I did not have to order but I did.. Your customer service people must answer the phone for two or three companies are not extremely well trained in the products they are taking credit cards for and to TOP IT ALL OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You do not HONOR the pricing you advertise on your website!!!!!!!!!!!

http://www.nitrorcx.com/contactingus.html

http://www.nitrorcx.com/aboutus.html

http://www.nitrorcx.com/clearancesales.html

and any other page on your web page lists the titan 1/8 scale truck at 249.95 but when you add it to your cart it comes up at the 269.00 price!!!!!! So at that point I decided to call in and I did had to wait till a little after three here on the east coast asked the person was the titan in fact on sale at 249.95 and yes was the response I received I said wonderful you want my cc # well not yet what website did you find this on?? Etc!! What the crap does it matter what website I found it on???? I called you looking to buy !! so after going through a process of seeing what website I bout it on and giving the csr the addy I was informed that 249.95 was the wrong price at that it would be 269.00 or whatever I agreed and bought the thing anyways… I really feel like I need a credit of 20 bucks or some extra tires wheels shocks or something I am gonna leave this in your hands and see what happens.. hope to hear from you soon.. oh yes I still would like the truth on this matter as well are these trucks exact to the hsp tornado or are they a knock off of a knock off??? One big reason I ask is the tornado is advertised on your site at $100.00 more that the titan?? The csr couldn’t answer that ??????????? either so with that said I am leaving this in your court and waiting to hear..

Sincerely,

Brannen Samuel

i have changed the needle o ring with a new one but nothing.
the part numbers that i need are: 1 ) 2043 (brake cam) the top of the cam broke. 2) 2079 (oil bearing) i think that this is the part number for the bearing for rear outer hub assembly for rear wheel. it does not show on the drawings in the manual the part number for that bearing.
