Beware Nitrorcx is a total ripoff !!! They sell cars that do not work !!! I have two cars that have problems and nitrorcx will not help me.
I purchased a brushless buggy that shutters like a junkie on CRACK. The shuddering seems to be very common on these cars because there forum is full of complaints.
I also have a 1/18 scale gas buggy and the servos twitch worse than a junkie on crack ???
There is a very small man there his name is andy and is worthless. He called me a crook and now refuses to deal with my problem. This small person has even went as far as to have me removed from the help forum ???
Let the buyer beware nitrorcx is a rip off and does not stand behind there defective cars. You can get the same deals with namebrand cars from Tower Hobbies for almost the same price, the only difference is Tower Hobbies will back up there sales and make the customer happy.
Good luck to all those battling nitrorcx for refunds !!!

I've got the Exceed blues as well

I've had spur assemblies on backorder for FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!! These scumbags even went as far as to CHARGE MY CC FOR THE SPURS AND THE SHIPPING!!!! My lawyer calls that THEFT!!!! Also sent them an engine for RMA and never saw it again. My faith in the company and in Andy has sunk to the point that I may have to take legal action to recover my $$ and damages.
The Infinity sits in the corner with a blown tranny and no engine because Exceed/NitroRCX/E-Grandbuy/etc/etc/etc won't fulfill their orders or RMA's.

Too bad, the truck itself wasn't really a POS, just the company (companies).

Thank heavens for Traxxas. They have the best CS, parts availability, and trucks.

They go on the shocks to help stiffen them up if you feel they have to much bounce in them. Also might want to take the time to take the shocks off and fill them with shock oil. I found on mine that my shocks had little to no oil in them. I take it this is something new for you. To take the shocks off and apart there should be an exploded view of it in your manual. Use that as a reference chart. If you have any other questions, please ask. Joe

I posted on 2/12 about ordering the wrong gears. Then made another post on 2/28 because I have yet to get an answer. Hahaha I followed up on my own post. That's why I made that comment. I feel like I'm talking to myself. But no big deal. I have a two speed tranny on it's way so I found a use for the gear after all.

Eddie would never leave ANYONE hanging on to the problems of the manufacture or website orders.

I guess Andy picked the wrong brand to be the Rep of. More trouble than anything else. I ordered madstorm spare parts on 3/25/09.I received most of the parts but my two sets upper front arms and my body shell is on back order.my order# is 547844 and my product code is 1ea mad-mk2003 & 2ea mad-mn2012. Hello, I have your exceed 1/8 scale truggy, I have a few issues. #1 the front shocks will not stop leaking, #2 the truck steers to the right fine but not the left, it appears that the servo is bad as whe I took the linkage off the steering did not bind, and the servo will stay in place when turned to the left when you let go of the steering wheel.#3 the front left tire wore out , before driving I did cheak the camber,and the upper tie rod did match the right side and still does, Other that these issues I am happy with our product.
