    what other company do you see that has prices like this that are not the same quailty? there is nothing wrong with HSP cars in the first place. parts will break no matter what brand you have.
    thats kind hard for you to say when you own excced and red cat you could get somthing better for the price of them but i am intrested in th 1/10 buggie they have

    I ordered a 9 tooth clutch bell # 51C00-83008T and was sent a 10 tooth #51C00-83008.
    I really wanted the 9 tooth, how do you want to handle the exchange?

    I have another question, I want to order some replacment parts for the VX 2.1 but I cannot figure out how to enter the part numbers to order.

    I would like to order:

    Piston, sleeve & pin
    S005, S006

    Head gasket

    Exhaust gasket

    Pull starter & one way bearing. Do these parts come as a set?
    S022

    A clutch bell bearing, spacer & bolt
    S012, S013, S014

    Help! Andy.

    I ordered an Exceed Forza nitro buggy 1/10 from nitrorcx.com. Some how midway through processing my order the they notified me the "storm blue" buggy went out of stock.

    yhst-14197398381157-11843 is my nitrcoRCX order number.

    I emailed them back to replace it with the "Storm Red" 1/10 Forza nitro buggy which their website says in stock. They said someone will contact me in 1-2 business days to confirm.
    Is it possible you can speed up this process?? I don't know if this can be delayed any longer, i'm too anxious to get this car! lol

    Please let me know if you can help out. Thanks.

    Ok im not trying to be a pain in the *****. But i notice nitroRCX has certain cars in stock and raidentech doesn't. If they all come from the same supplier, then the storm red isn't in stock either (but it says it is at nitrorcx). I'm really not tryin to wait 4-6weeks for them to restock. Andy let me know my options...looks like i'll have to take the left over colors no one else wants lol

    also i noticed the infinitive says it has ball bearing and the dynamite says it has normal bearings so does that mean my nitro truck has normal bearings in it?

    Sorry about model are uses ball bearing only and we do not use normal race bearings.

    Thanks for putting through my order. I've been tracking the package, i am a little confused on why ups tracking says the package is only 1lbs. I kno the car and the starter kit weigh more than a pound all together. hmmm...sending me an empty box maybe? lolll. [>:]. i kno its not a big deal...just a little odd. i ordered some spare parts from tower...and those few things were 3.1lbs (but should prolly be 1lbs lol) ok, i'll stop actin like a concerned mother n wait till it gets here.

    The Ultra 1/10 car I ordered a couple monts ago tracked at 1lb. as well. The weight is just a generic amount. Andy's shops are right in the heart of a UPS main hub at Baldwin Park CA. I imagine that they are servin UPS truckloads of toys being shipped out to all us, and they have a huge account.

    It matters not my friend, you will get your stuff in due time, all 3.1 lbs of it.
    Might as well face it, I\'\'m addicted to Hubs.

    andy do they typically send the starter kit and car together? i just got a call from my courier n it they only asked for an invoice for the starter kit. or maybe they already have one for the car....but it all should have been on the same invoice....anyway, it will be here tomorrow so i'lll find out then

    Why is there so many mess ups with these cars getting delivered. I am glad that i seen this thread because my and my nephew was just about to order a couple buggies but now we are not. Too many people not getting what they ordered or not getting them at all. I have heard that you get what you pay for but this is rediculous.
