Is Andy still with us?
Did we loose Andy? Sure need him! He has been of help in the past and the ONLY way to get order problems corrected.
I have 4 Exceed RC trucks and without him I would think twice about again about buying more.

I dont know what to tell you. I've posted questions about a small order issue and ever PMed him and haven't heard anything in weeks, I think I'm going on week 4 now. I'm over it. No help to me. But it's ok. I guess you can't win them all.

In this economic recession, maybe he got laid off! [&o] The first thing people do is cut down on discretionary expenses (like RC hobbying) during recession. I saw a BBC new story that there are now layoffs in China factories. Unheard of!
