Diamond Dust short kit
I acquired a short kit from a laser cut manufacture. I need to order a carbon rod. Do you all know where I could purchase them at?
I'm looking for anyone who has experience on building this? I have 2 are needed to be framed up. Shoot me price/shipping too.

Here's a thread that may help:
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=5367327
See post #11 for actual first gen tube sizes, but read the whole thread, it'll clear up some build questions.

Yup, those are perfect for the leading edge and spar extenders. I happen to have a package of those here and they measured .300 O.D. X .250 I.D. X 32 1/2'" long, two to a package. I think one package per plane will do. Tower Hobbies has a good price for them.
You still need to find the larger inner/spar tubes .355 O.D. X .300 ID. (2ea. aprox 18.125" long for standard or 2ea. aprox 14.625" long for clipped wing). I think I found them at a kite parts store online. No info, that went away on a long dead pc. Sorry

Try CST (www.cstsales.com). They have a large selection of carbon tubes, I bought 2 that fit together for a wing joiner assembly in a jet. Cruise their website, and you will find all sorts of cool stuff.
Hope this helps
