plans or kit for .15 -.21 size delta wanted

SPAD Dawg, or CorroRoo if you can find them. The Spad Dawg is for a .40 but could be scaled down to maybe 24" . There were some guys racing with these things around here. They were about $15 and good flyers, but that was maybe 10 years ago. Mine is about a 41" span with a 21" base. I was told the .15 size would win more than a .25.
