Default Engine porn

OPS .80 DF, 11mm venturi, Mike Hazel 9x12 prop for show and tell. I like the enginerop visual ratio and the fact that the prop looks bigger in side view. The OPS would turn it well, but it should be allowed to peak around 23k for the best ****s&giggle factor. One winter project, meaning I intend to this winter.., is the Macchi 202 warbird racer I got from speedracerntrixie a while ago. Add an open pipe and electric retracts and it will make a nice sport flier.

We had a bit of a porn thread earlier, it``s a good topic when there is nothing else to babble about.

It looks like a chess piece..!

Yes, it is unusual to see what a 9 x 12 looks like. In the forward view it looks too flimsy.
Is that an eb@y engine...?

Nope, got it from a forum member, and I had a couple of the venturis in the goodies box I got from Bill Hughes. I need to trim all the fat off the head still.

An 11mm venturi seems small for an .80. The Nelson .40's have a larger one than that and don't turn all that much faster. What am I missing, here?

It's 11.5mm actually I think, it is the OPS part for the VAE speed .60. OPS has no need for an OEM venturi for the .80. No doubt I can bump up the intake area bit. Or fit a whopping carb, the .65 on the Jett carb runs sweetly.
