Maybe I'm asking the impossible, I know speed costs. Is there something other than a $200+ Jett that will take a DD to 150mph?

Ooops I was thinking 200...

I had a OS 46 VRDF that would do about 150 on a Dust..you can pick them up for $125 or so.

Is the DD alot "draggier" than a Whip? From what I understand a Whip with an OS-46FX will get you to 150 if propped correctly- maybe the DD is different...

I think a full piped Rossi-45 would haul the mail- (kinda heavy though huh..)

I am still looking for a K&B 7.5 (48)DF engine for my Whip sounds like the OS Chuck mentioned-

Chuck: So the older version (of the 46-)has the same letters as the OS-91VRDF? The new one is what? a 46VX or something? (I forget-)

Razor is on the right track! If money is considered a 7.5 K&B is hard to beat. I,ve attached a photo of a Scat Cat that hasn't flown in 19 years that was close to 150 MPH. The lightly modded K&B 7.5 was set to turn the DW Pylon Prop 19500 on the ground.

Razor, I'll sell you the Plane, Engine, Header, Pipe, receiver, servos, and battery for $100 Since the battery hasn't been charged for 19 years and the servos and receiver I built from an Ace Silver Sevin Kit 20 years ago are of no value but I'm too lazy to remove em.

How about a Rossi .45 or .53?
