Default What to use to seal hing gaps

What do all of you guys use. Should i seel the gaps on my sig wonder and laser arrow?

I have used clear packing tape with good results! You can get it in small 2" Rolls Goes on easy doesn't look to bad either. Just seal the Botom! It will dramtically change the performance!

If you take care when working on the control surfaces there should be little or no gap in the first place... anything left can be sealed with packing tape... if your tape is about 3 times as wide as the hinge gap with the control surface deflected that is enough... so I guess 2" tape would be fine on a quarter scale plane...

I use 1" wide strips of clear Mono-cote on the underside of the
hinge surface only. It's nearly invisable, and goes over any color.
