Looks like a Pushy Galore to me.

Do a search and see what comes up.

I'm not aware of a kit of that.

I believe there's a kit available in Germany somewhere... but quite huge though... for an 80cc engine I believe...

RCM has drawings available for a .40 size version. It is quite scale if I remember correctly.

There were a few plan sets for the Pushy Cat series. RCM had some back in the 80s if I recall.
