Need help with prop pitch for G.B.Y.
Please is there any one out there that can help me.I flew my G.B.Y. yesterday and it flew like a patato with wings. I,m useing the G23 gas engine. It seems to be very strong an runs great. I used an 18x6 prop on it The plane flew just above stall speed. i have a 16x8 prop. that i might try next time, but the cowling on this bird is 10" wide leaveing very little prop sticking out .Do you think an 18x8 is to much for the G23.
