Dago Reds
Hi Dago, the Dago Red is one of my favorite planes. I am going to take a 1/7 scale Top Flight P51 and bash it into a Dago Red. I have been wanting to do the plane for a longtime and now I think I will. I have had three Dago's in the past two EZ ARF's the older ones not the new ones. Both of them had OS 61 SF's with pipes. If I could find another EZ Dago kit I would buy it. They fly awesome and are very fast. Anyway I plan to put a YS 120 in my new Dago Red. It should smoke. I just need to finish some other projects first.

I know how you feel about having other projects. right now im being paid to cover a kadet senior. I have another agwagon to cover and mod to be a racer. the covering should be in tommarow.
I plan on putting on the ST 90. I have alot of work ahead on my Dago Red. alot.

Dago Red
Well I will keep you up to date on my Dago. I wont get the kit till the winter sometime. I did get a three view from Bob Banka
Scale service. He didn't really have any better pictures than I can pull of the web so I just bought the three view. So I can redo the turtledeck and I will most likely have to form a new canopy. I still have not yet decided if I will clip the wing or not? Any ideas on that from you guys? I am not sure how much it would need to be clipped. So I may leave the wing stock, I doubt that anyone could tell the difference. My plane will have retracts and flaps. Should help slow it on approach, those EZ arfs were hot on approach.

I think the real Dago Red has a inch off each wing tip. My stang has a abs fus so itll be hard to mod. The scoop is also not stock. the wing tips curve up. just about every thing is smaller on the real Dago Red. my stang has a inch off each wing tip. If you need any help let me know and Ill see if I can find out for you.

Tusenami QM 40
I thought that I would post a pic of the Tusenami I built. Not extremely fast but will do about 140. Engine is a webra .35 on a macs pipe turning a APC 8x8, 18000rpms.

The agwagon just got a upgrade. a .70 OS 4 stroke, more scale--speed? also built a new tail cone for it--helps in flight.

flew the agwagon with the new motor and it hauls butt. almost keeps up with the fastest plane today, which is a homebuilt, nothing like a whiplash.

tore the firewall out today when it torqued over in to the ditch next to the taxi way at the local airport airshow, all the boyscouts there loved it --liked the abs plastic flying when the wingtips tore off and the mud flying. slight damage t othe cowl. major damage to my attitude.

put a 4 blade 11-6 on my agwagon-----flys slower but sounds like a dang corsair when coming past for a flyby. also found out the it can hold a knife edge, do many other aerobatics, and ive flown it about 4-5 foot off the ground inverted. been practicing, but cant get much lower due to high winds, but get 10-15 foot off the ground if i can.
