I got the whole package from a local shop and WOW!!!!!
This thing is awsome!!! Unbelievable engine/pipe combo. Good practice for learning to fly a jet.
Only problem was the fake carbon fiber covering had to be reglued and reglued and reglued again!!

love,
how many flights do you have on this plane/engine combo?
I question whether this combo right out of the box goes 200 mph.
anyone have this plane clocked?
what prop do you have on it?

Well no I did not achieve the speeds that it says it would do out of the box. After a few modifications and learning from all of the other post on RCU. I have been able to get really close I have had the airplane clocked at 186 mph. With a police radar gun.
Here is what I did! First I got rid of all the fake carbon decals because they would not stick, Then I drilled out 4 - 1 inch holes in the fuse just aft of the trailing edge back to the leading edge of the stab on both sides. Did the same to the verticall stab, rudder and elevator 3 on each. That got rid of a good 12 oz.
Next I experimented with props and diffrent types of fuel. I run wildcat 5% with 6 tablespoons of Jet A fuel per gal. You can get that at your local airport fuel delivery or FBO for $2.00 a gallon.
I found that the increase in rpm's is outstanding. I will get the exact numbers for you. Next I tried the recomended props both in wood and apc. Then I tried a pylon race prop (9x8) that got me to 163 mph. But the ticket is a carbon fiber (9x8 with molded hub) $36.00 a little spendy but if you want to achieve the speeds there it is.

I got mine from R/C Buyers Warehouse in Nashua, NH.
I use an APC 9 x 8
As for how fast, I have no idea. I fly at a fairly small field so it goes plenty fast for me. I just hope it doesn't self distruct like so many of my over powered shrikes have in the past. These things turn into missiles when pieces start falling off.
The only issue i've found is trying to hold onto it so I can hand launch.
