Scott,
Sorry for the loss of your Whiplash. I assure you that this is not something that should have occured, but we will investigate any potential problems. You'll be getting a call from me on Tuesday to discuss what happened. Obviously, no problems with the first Whiplash with the 46DF right?
Thanks,

As Dan pointed out, this is highly unusual and we'll perform an autopsy on your whiplash once we recieve it : )
Unfortunately there are so many factors that can contribute to a perfectly good plane becoming a lawn dart, but I can say one thing for with complete confidence, when you put one in, you dont play around..
Sorry for your loss Scott. we'll be getting back to you concerning this..

Whiplash 2 down RIP
Those pics give me flashbacks when i dived in a ScatCat a few years back. Guessing what the outcome of each part was while digging.
Sorry for your loss, but an excuse for a new plane right? isnt that how it goes.

Mr. Gubbs3 unfortunately we cant be in the business of replacing parts of airplanes lost especially when there is no absolute definitive answer as to why the plane was lost in the first place..
We received the plane back from ZeroDown, looked it over thoroughly and nothing on the plane looked irregular or inadequate..
If we would have concluded that it was product failure, then we would have done the right thing.
This is not to infer that it was a crash caused by pilot error, but it was not from what we can tell product failure either.
It must have been gremlins..
I don't think that ZeroDown has any complaints about the way we handled his loss...
bottom line, this was a fluke, it wasn't ACM or ZeroDowns fault.

Whiplash 2 down RIP
Hey BAGO I got the DA-150 finally mounted on my whiplash!!! Any Ideas on how too launch it? When I put it on the launcher the prop still hits the ground. I try to get people to hand launch it for me but they won't...Go figure.
