Have not run it yet but looks good for this weekend. using a Jett .90 and according to Jett himself, an 11/8 Apc brings out its best so that will be the initial prop.
* As far as the excercise bike. What bike? (i just went to look) I forgot about that thing. My wife replaced that thing years ago. QVC/HSN our house is full of that crap.
* We have the Ab-Doer, Ab-DoerII, Some Pilates thing, Total Gym. A complete Gym in the garage, Barbells Dumbells, Doorbells and Tinkerbells, it is all hers and now she is fooling around with "Jorge Cruz."
* Yeeee up, my wife, The excercise queen. I wouldnt give $20 for the whole lot of it.

Default exercise

over here we have a tredmill machine which up to now has been great for cardio workouts. it's been up and down the steps a million times. it gets used for TWO days and then becomes the worlds mose expensive cloths hangar. then I bring it back down.
I have given it away three times to someone in the family and tell them good luck as i'm leaving. just when they are finished and ready to give it away my wife decided she wants it back.
I guess it's good for lower back exercise also.....
Women.... they save everything.
