Default MY latest Project

This is my latest project a plane that has good manners slow and fast.

I call it the MIGS....as its kinda mig looking.

TT 36 pro and 9*7 screams... will work to prop to a 8*10 as engine is willing and thin wings have reduced drag.... just been testing the palne and it flies very well fast and manuverable but also has a slow landing speed which is a factor of the low wing loading at 14 oz/ft. Just have to watch the turns with the vtail...next version the vtail will have 120degree angle not 90 degree to stop the model loosing altitude in the turns...(with out as much elevator input) factor of high angle vtail.

Also need to attach canopy and pilot to make it look more like a plane....and a few stripes on the wing to make it stand out more...

The other picture is my new EDF...just love that model....hand luanching is fun....but manageable....

Very nice.

As you noted, back that V off to 110-120deg (I use 110 on the Q-500 designs), and maybe put a degree or two of washout in the wing, and you will have something well behaved and really fun.

Wow! Cool looking airframe... looks like a Scat-Cat "got together" with a Weston Magnum
