HRK, I'll see what I can do, but I have 2 projects ready to "come out of the mud" in the next 2 weeks. Your highly tapered panels create a slight problem because the cutting wire has to travel at a slow speed at the wing tips, relative to the root, so "melt out" at the tips is hard to avoid. It is still doable.

alrighty, cool, thanks alot

if they wind up a little ddeformed towards the tips its alight, after i glass and bag then ill use some autoboddy filler and my 11 inch sanding block to get them back into proper shape

i did the entire roof of my friends neon (someone stomped on it) so a pair of wings isnt gonna scare me

heres the roof about 1/4 done ...... smooth enough to get repainted black

You'll want to use light weight spackle, like RED DEVIL ONE STEP.
