Follow up on WHIPLASH mid air
Two days ago I received from AeroJet the fin set for my WHIPLASH. As most of you on this thread know I mid aired with a 1/4 scale cub. I just have to paint fin and repaired leading edge to to get back flying. Thanks AeroJet Models.
The fellow I mid aired with flew this Tuesday at our field. We talked about it for a few minutws and went on flying. He then went out to lunch with the rest of us and everthing is cool.
So with a very little damage to mine - considering the force of the hit - I'll be back flying in a few. Dave

Well it survived to fly again. Flew it yesterday and it flew like it was never in a mid air. Have to get a JETT Bubble-Jett fuel tank or something. It surges in the air and the only thing it could be is foaming fuel. Any ideas? Dave

Yes, Armor-all does prevent the fuel from foaming, only takes 5 or 6 drops per gallon. You should still try to isolate your tank better if possible.

Can you tell me what Armour oil is???
As I have never heard or seen it in the Middle East - is it just a very light grade oil..ie 3in1 or sewing machine oil.
