RE: GP COSMIC WIND/ANYONE?
Jason,
any chance I might get ahold of scale/actual 3-view of the model ? Id like to work up some geometry for the 90LX installation (its going to require an angled header - likely will be the same as the Toni installation - might be good to check in advance)
Im going to have to get ahold of one of these over the winter. Might make a good display model for the booth at Toledo next April.

Bob,
I am working on 3-views and will try to get some good pics and dimensions of the airplane this weekend at a race in Las Vegas.
We are starting a racing series for the model formula one's early next year. I would like to work with you to come up with a winning motor combination that would dominate over the YS 110.
Give me a call if you have a chance

What rules are you using? Is there a web site where they can be viewed?

John,
No official rules yet.
I'll keep you posted. I'm told there will be an unlimited class for the F-1's wich means anything goes.

JASON:
The GP Little Tony, Shoestring and probably new Cosmic Wind were well done airframes, and decent sport flyers. From my view, they lacked any speed ability because of the wing design to tame things down. If you are going to do the Alley Kat, why not produce some Little Tony etc. wings and help those who want to compete in this class. Think you would have to cut 1/3 of the wing off to get them to scoot? For every problem, there is opportunity? Just a thought. Guess I am going to have to make the drive to Reno for the next race. Hope the bad guys no longer remember me, I did work for the Nevada Gamming Commission until told to get out, ,1960 since I saw the last race. Ramble on old man!

Alley Cat represents a current F-1 racer and should be the preffered airframe for this type of racing.
If your friends have any of the other airframes, get an Alley Cat and beat the pants off of them!
