Rich,
MB engines are made by Metkemeijer & Brendel, in Holland. These engines have never been cheap or easy to get, and at the moment the Web site seems to be down. But there's a description and photo on Martin Hepperle's site:

Look up Ray Brown in your neck of the woods (n. miami, markham park). Ray is a fellow racer, has experience with the MB engines, and owns a few of them.

Randy Bridge also has been running them for the past few years in "Liquored" Florida 
He posts once in a while under Luv to race , he would be happy to answer any questions about them.
