Default soft motor mount

F-20 Tigershark ARF motor mount seemed a bit soft to me.

A block of 6061-T6 aluminum and 2.50 hours later on a Bridgeport mill...

Now I have a mount the will keep my Jett .60LX FIRE in place.

Default RE: soft motor mount

Hi C4F,

Much nicer than that original 1 in the kit. It was soft, & when I ground it to fit the Jett 50 in, it sort of melted when the dremel wheel stayed in the 1 place too long. Really strange plastic.......

Tony.

Looks like the same mount I got in my phoenix decathlon. I hesitated moutning my saito 72 to it, but I was in a pinch. Seems to be holding up well so far.
