I know about the Patriots, Whiplash, and DDust but what about F-14 or Phantom?

I know about the Patriots, Whiplash, and DDust but what about F-14 or Phantom?
I love the Patriot!!! #4 and #5 are on order. #1 and #2 just wore out after 3+ seasons and #3, err well lets not talk about it.
Actually the reason for my thread is that I understand the attraction for the .40 size speed planes but my GP F-14 with a .77 MVVS flies just as fast as my .49 MVVS powered Patriot (I think) and because it is a little heaver it grooves and sits in the air with more authority. Just want to know if anybody else feels the same? What about the GP Phantom?
