Junkie- You have a crapload of DF engines there.... Ever put a Rossi-105 in an airplane?
Crasharama- Carne Asada is a Mexican Grilled and marinated meat, fairly thin-- (Carne is Meat in Spanish and Asada is Seasonings)
In AUS you might say, "Hey mate, slip an extra Carne Asada Steak on the barbie..."

I believe that engine is an old K&B .72 converted to ducted fan back in the day!
They just plugged the front intake in the mold and set it up for a rear intake.
If you can keep a secret [sm=wink.gif] I am designing the prototype .91 ducted fan engine for the return of the ducted fan ressurection not to far away which is probably no big deal to most but consider this:
New .91 engine with tuned pipe, built more rugged than the OS.91, lasts longer than the OS.91 and will be sold for @ $200.00![X(] All of the Rev. Bros. Will be able to afford high rpm high horsepower for their rides[sm=thumbup.gif]!
Affordable power. Power to the people!

Well I have 3 planes, a Clipped Wing Dust that's running at trainer speeds right now (don't know why[
]), a Ulmer Interceptor Delta and a Weston Magnum. Unfortunately none of my planes have landing gear, and I've beaten the ***** out of the bottom of my Magnum landing at the Dry Lake. But if I go I'll probably bring the Dust and/or Magnum. I'll probably bring my video camera to record Speed Junkies awesome yellow Cobra ducted fan (man that plane is UNREAL how fast it goes), other than Kevin, have any of you guys seen that thing go?

The sun will still be behind the mountains to the east and the wind should be as calm as a cucumber.

You thought you knew was fast was?? Just wait until you see my Dragon Lady do a dive from 1000 feet right towards us with the wings flexing and the engine over-revving. I once made a Turbine guy nervous (did I mention it was because I was flying it towards him...but still he was nervous!)

I know that the best time to start flying is when the sun starts to come up....in fact I will be putting fuel in my tank just before the sun comes up so I will be ready for take-off at the first crack of sunlight!!
